“BBQ-kase” | Sushi and BBQ Omakase

Brakes & Briskets collaborated with Sushi by Sea to create a unique Sushi and BBQ omakase (“BBQ-kase”) experience. Guests were treated to a dynamic 13+ course menu featuring our savory BBQ specialties, signature pieces from Sushi by Sea, special collab items, and drinks!

This was a night to remember as BBQ Pitmaster and Sushi Chef joined forces to chat and serve guests directly with live cuttings, smoke, and flames.

Menu highlights: Wagyu brisket, beef rib, bone marrow, oxtail, corn rib, King Salmon, oyster, Otoro and truffle, yellowtail, and more!
