Raffles are drawn at 2 PM near either a sponsor tent or the B&B tent. Winners must be present to be eligible for prizes.

Raffle tickets can be purchased at any time during Meat Meet up until the drawing. If you are only purchasing raffle tickets, you may proceed directly to the BBQ PreCheck flag.

The Readington Brewery and Hop Farm is located on private property. Please exercise A+ behavior so we may continue to host exciting and delicious events here.
Beer is available at the brewery (21+). We encourage you to tip the bartenders for their service.

Open showcase
ALL vehicle types will be showcased across the grasslands and hop vines.Registration is required to showcase your car on the grasslands and hop vines. All others will be directed to the spectator lot.
If you are only spectating, you do not need to register. Spectators and non-registered vehicles will be directed to the spectator lot behind the brewery.

$15 General Showcase fee on arrival (or $10 prepay until 7/21) is required to showcase your car on the grasslands and hop vines. It includes 1 raffle ticket.The (optional) VIP Showcase Package is $60 (prepay only until 7/21). It covers the general fee and includes VIP showcase staging, BBQ PreCheck, B&B merch and products, raffle tickets, etc. See the "VIP Showcase Package" section for details.
Approval
Confirmation emails are sent on a weekly basis, Mon-Tues. For example, if you register on a Wednesday, you'll receive a confirmation email the following week. Be sure to check your junk folders.
Staging
All registered cars are staged based on space and availability. We will maintain a level of artistic vision when staging vehicles, however priority and preferences are considered only for those who prepay the optional VIP Showcase Package and will stay the duration of the show.---

The (optional) VIP Showcase Package is $60.* It covers your General Showcase fee and additionally includes the following:
- VIP showcase staging (grasslands and hop vines)
- BBQ PreCheck
- Aftermarket Menu t-shirt (white) OR $25 merch store credit
- 1 Melonade drink from the B&B tent
- One bottle of B&B BBQ sauce (sweet)
- Assorted B&B stickers/decals
- Three raffle tickets in total*---
It is limited in availability and must be prepaid by 7/21. Items are redeemed at the B&B tent.*Three raffle tickets is a cumulative total resulting from the General showcase, BBQ PreCheck, and VIP showcase.
We do not issue refunds or credits if you fail to redeem your VIP Showcase Package.

Arrival instructions will be emailed the week before the event (by Thursday latest). Be sure to check your junk folder.
Arrival Information
Showcase cars will be instructed via email to arrive at staggered times between 9:00 - 10:30 AM (your exact time will be sent separately). Several members of our Pit Crew will be positioned at the entrance and throughout the fields to validate and guide you.
Late Arrivals
Showcase cars arriving late risk forfeiting their original staging location. We will make every attempt to accommodate you, but cannot make any promises once spectators begin to arrive.
We will not be able to respond to any questions the morning of Meat Meet.

Early registration is important for inclusion in our staging plans and preparation. Non-registered cars will be subject to space and availability, or otherwise directed to the spectator lot behind the venue.
You must be able to arrive early and stay the duration of the event. If you cannot, let us know during registration as this will impact where your vehicle is staged.
Requests received beyond the deadline are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee your request will be reviewed.
All prepays are valid for this event day only. No refunds or credit will be issued for failure to redeem.

For 2024, we have two types of Meat Meet events: specialty and open showcase. Thus distinction only matters for the showcase.Our numbered Meat Meets (July and October) are open showcase events meaning ALL vehicle types can register to be in the showcase.

Requirements
For 2024, we have introduced two types of Meat Meets... specialty showcase meets and open showcase.
Our specialty Meat Meet events showcase specific car categories and classes (see specific events for details). Our numbered Meat Meet events are open showcase, allowing any registered car to be featured.
Registration
Registration is required to showcase your car on the grasslands and hop vines. All other cars will be directed to the spectator lot.

On the day of Meat Meet, you can identify members of the Brakes & Briskets Pit Crew by their brightly colored B&B t-shirts.
They will be positioned at the entrance to greet you and dispersed throughout the fields guiding showcase cars.
Additional Pit Crew members will be under the Brakes & Briskets tent keeping you fed and hydrated.
