  • It’s beef jerky! Throw it in your purse, fanny pack, backpack, or murse (man purse). All are acceptable and perfect for the drive.

    Flavors include: Black Pepper Teriyaki, Sweet Teriyaki, Spicy Honey Sriracha, and Extra Spicy.

  • St. Louis-cut pork ribs coated in sweet dry rub (fondly named “brake dust”) and smoked for several hours before being basted in our honey BBQ sauce.

  • Jackfruit is a tropical tree fruit grown in Asia, Africa, and South America. We take young jackfruit, coat it in a dry rub (fondly named “brake dust"), and smoke for hours. Hand-pulled and finished with additional dusting of dry rub.

    This meat alternative mimics the texture of pork and soaks up our delicious seasoning and sauce. Your carnivore friends will be none the wiser.

  • Don’t worry, it’s not that spicy. You might feel a small kick if you weren’t expecting it, but it won’t ruin your day.

    Our cornbread is closer to the cakey side than cornmeal because that’s just how we like it.

street Corn

  • Our take on street corn generously seasoned with our special smoked dry rub (fondly named “brake dust”).

smoked pineapple

  • Whole pineapples generously seasoned and smoked to perfection. These are sweeter and juicier than you can imagine.
